The explanations for this should not apparent: the automotive was not the top performer within the scene. In the case where a component has multiple “high degree” elements, the render function can return an array. These washes are completely different to regular acrylic paints as they are specifically diluted with different mediums so that the paint can hold on to the floor tension in gaps and holes. A standard paint, very diluted, is not as easily applied as washes in these surfaces. So, it’s better to use a selected wash somewhat than just dilluting regular paint. Drybrushing lays paint on the upper areas of the miniature, leaving the holes and deeps untouched. Just dip the brush into the wash, set it on the gaps you need to paint and let the pigment circulate from the brush into the spaces with gentle gradual movements. I assure you the paint pot is not adding weight!
